It cannot be kept a secret: I have a thing about hedges perfectly clipped, very tall and orderly or otherwise eye-catching and bizarre. This is one of the latter and I drive past it once or twice a month.
The owners have been at it this weekend, sculpting it randomly with the hedge-cutters. Defintely goes on the short-list for the National Hedge Awards.
A hedge of Lonicera pileata - sometimes called Poor man’s box.

What a fabulously unique hedge!
Very creative topiary hedge. I have planted pleached hornbeam hedges, linear and cube box hedging and compliment the clipped look with english country garden flowers
Wow….these hedges looks awesome. I have never seen anything like it. Keep on posting.
